In the next few weeks, you’ll receive an anonymous 10-minute survey about your experience with Kudos and the impact it’s having in your organization. The study is run by Leger, an independent research firm.
This survey is important to us. Your feedback helps us decide what to improve and where to invest next. We’re asking all users to take a few minutes to complete it.
If you haven’t already made the switch, connect with your Client Success Manager, support@kudos.com or schedule a time to learn more.

If your organization started using Kudos in 2026, you’re already using the upgraded version, and no action is required from you. 😊
Recognition helps people feel valued. Communication helps people stay informed. But community is what helps people feel like they are part of something.
That’s the idea behind the new Spaces, available now in the upgraded version of Kudos.
If you currently use Spaces or Albums in the classic version of Kudos, you know them as places to store resources or share photos.
The new Spaces is built for something much more meaningful: helping employees come together around shared interests, identities, experiences, and moments that matter.
🪴 Think communities like:

👉 For clients on the classic Kudos platform: this new Spaces experience is only available in the upgraded version of Kudos. All current clients are eligible to upgrade at no cost. Please connect with your Client Success Manager, support@kudos.com or schedule a time to plan your upgrade.
👉 For those already on the upgraded version of Kudos: you can start using Spaces now! Use these resources to help you get started.
This month’s updates focus on making Kudos easier to manage, navigate, and use on the go, based directly on your feedback.
More control with new admin roles
You told us you needed more flexibility when managing access across your organization. We’ve introduced new admin roles that let you assign permissions more precisely, so the right people have access to the right tools, without overexposing sensitive areas.
Faster answers with built-in support links
Finding help shouldn’t slow you down. We’ve added direct links to the Kudos support page within your settings, so you can quickly get the guidance you need, right when you need it.
A smoother mobile experience
We’ve continued rolling out improvements to the mobile experience, including updates to navigation and key workflows like My Settings. The result: a cleaner, more intuitive interface that makes it easier to stay connected and get things done from anywhere.
More control with Private Teams
You told us you need flexibility to organize users without overwhelming employees with complexity. You can now mark teams as Private, keeping them visible for admin tasks like reporting and segmentation, while hiding them from employees’ day-to-day experience.
A quick reminder to encourage your team to explore what’s available in the rewards catalogue this season, including:
Top-Up Makes Rewards More Accessible
If team members are close to a reward, they can top up their points at checkout to complete the purchase.

👉 What to do:
Consider highlighting this in your internal communications to drive engagement and help employees make the most of their points.
Here are your May 2026 banners for your Kudos platform. You can select one of these banners, or create your own, and upload it right into Kudos.
⬆️ Inside the file you’ll find two different banner sizes: use the 2256x382 sizes if you’re still using the original Kudos platform and use the 3384x573 sizes for the upgraded Kudos platform.
If you’re managing a team that feels…bigger than your calendar can handle, you’re not alone. We’re currently in the “Megamanager Era” — where the average manager now has ~12 direct reports.
Translation: you’re expected to coach, unblock, recognize, develop, and deliver…with the same number of hours and twice the amount of context.
👉 Here’s the fix (and it’s not “add more meetings”): You need a simple system that works when you’re stretched thin.
That’s why we made The Manager’s Playbook for Building High-Performing Teams — a practical guide built for modern managers who are doing a lot with not a lot of time.
✨ What’s inside the playbook:
If you’re thinking, “I don’t need another guide, I need less on my plate”…same.
This one is designed to remove thinking and save time, not add work.
