📊 Engagement reporting, rebuilt 

We've released a full refresh of engagement reporting, including: 

A rebuilt Engagement Summary report with timeline views for each KPI and the ability to choose which activity types to display. The Engagement Summary report brings together key adoption, participation, recognition, and cultural alignment metrics in a single view, making it easy to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and uncover opportunities to strengthen engagement.

Plus! Two new reports: Engagement by Team and Engagement by Manager, for a closer look at where engagement is strong and where it needs support. Activity data that now refreshes daily instead of weekly, for a near real-time view of your program

Please note we've also refined how participation and reach are calculated, so you may notice small shifts in these metrics. Participation now includes sent awards and is based on activated users, while reach reflects your total user count. 

✍️ An upgraded AI Recognition Assistant 

Our AI writing assistant now helps beyond recognition messages. Employees can refine their writing when sending awards, signing cards, and submitting nominations. We've also improved the quality of suggestions, so refined messages sound more natural and true to the writer's own voice.

Here are your August 2026 banners for your Kudos platform. You can select one of these banners, or create your own, and upload it right into Kudos.  

⬆️ Inside the file you’ll find two different banner sizes: use the 2256x382 sizes if you’re still using the Kudos Classic platform and use the 3384x573 sizes for the upgraded Kudos platform.
