Kudos Spaces is getting a makeover — designed to make it easier for employees to connect, share, and participate in company culture in a more visible and engaging way.  

Spaces is evolving from a primarily admin-driven content area into an interactive community where employees can share stories, photos, celebrations, and moments that bring culture to life. 

This upgraded experience brings recognition, storytelling, and community together in one place. Rather than culture conversations happening across scattered tools, Spaces gives employees a central place to share the moments that shape your culture. 

For clients on the classic Kudos platform: this new Spaces experience will only be available in the upgraded version of Kudos. All current clients are eligible to upgrade at no cost. Please connect with your Client Success Manager, support@kudos.com or schedule a time to plan your upgrade.  

Your Feedback in Action: March Upgrades  

📊 Award Activity Report: Admins now have access to a new report that shows detailed award activity across the platform. Filter results and export data to support reporting, audits, or analysis. 

🏆 Award Qualities Selection: You can now require employees to select a quality or value when sending an award. This helps connect recognition directly to the behaviors and values that matter most to your culture. 

✍️ Rich Text Editor Enhancements: Recognition messages and comments now support expanded formatting options, making it easier for employees to write clear, engaging posts that stand out on the wall.

In the next few weeks, you’ll receive an anonymous 10-minute survey about your experience with Kudos and the impact it’s having in your organization. The study is run by Leger, an independent research firm.
